Morton East loves its treats – especially on Valentine’s Day.

Looking for someplace sweet to enjoy with your sweetie?  Or maybe you’re in the mood to go out alone and eat your feelings?  No judgement.  There are plenty of fine places in our community to stop in for a dessert with your honey.  The Morton Pony Express News recommends these five spots for tasty treats.  And, we bet they’ll have something special going for Valentine’s Day this Saturday.

1. Rico Antojo: 6111 W. Roosevelt Rd., Cicero. We recommend the fresas con crema.
2. Fantasia Café: 5834 Cermak Rd., Cicero. We recommend the cinnamon roll cheesecake, churro cheesecake bites, and Biscoff cheesecake.
3. Dulce Mami Café: 3101 S. 49th Ave., Cicero. We recommend the Nutella crepes.
4. Dripping Sticks: 5001 W. Cermak Rd., Cicero. We recommend the mini pancakes and Dubai-style mini pancakes.
5. Cake Bros (takeout): 6737 W. 26th St., Berwyn2. We recommend the banana pudding matcha.

We suggest you skip the dinner and go straight for the dessert!
