The Morton Rugby now team, not club

The Morton rugby team was finally recognized as a team and not a club this year, and are now wearing Morton in their game clothes. This is the first year that the rugby club is recognized, and this has helped them in their success because they got to travel to St Louis.

I couldn’t believe we won I only played a few minutes, but wow couldn’t believe itas I was watching from the bench the plays that were performed were spectacular, senior Aurelio Servin said.

This shows that the team has confidence and the team’s ability to perform in their games.

“I enjoyed the little time I got to play in varsity because they played on a higher level compared to JV which had a kid that weighed 140 lbs,” senior Sebastian Salas said.

This shows that the Morton rugby team is improving and facing challenges which they will overcome and will become stronger and better overall.

“It was fantastic the rush I felt from the game the emotions that were being echoed throughout the field from the crowd from the team it was great”, said Hector Sotelo.

This also shows that the team has high morale and even if they lose, they will not be discouraged and will continue to strive for more wins so they can continue to be the best.
