Question: what are some everyday struggles dealing with food?
Answer: One common struggle is balancing fresh, good food and cost. Proper preparation, labeling and storage all have to be considered and executed well by the entire team.
Q: what are some of your favorite things about working in the food industry
A: My favorite thing about working in the food industry is presenting people with good food and seeing that one particular look on their face.
Q: What are some things that you would like to change within the food industry and why?
A: I’d like to change how workers are not unionized and make it so everyone in the restaurant is paid a fair wage.
Q: What is your favorite type of food to cook?
A: My favorite kind of food to cook is breakfast. It can be as simple or complex as you prefer, usually doesn’t take long (compared to how long dinner can take) and breakfast food is often comforting.
