A: I defused a fight at Bath & Body Works. Multiple people were involved.

A: Being fit and mentally prepared.

A: Just saying no, and just accepting getting called into the job when you’re on your day off.

A: It helps a lot with thefts, fights, and shoplifting—being recorded by cameras and anti-theft devices.
