Half of the students at Morton East like their classes this semester; the other half does not, a quick survey says.
According to Google AI Overview, about 75% of high school students have negative feelings about their classes, while 25% enjoy them. At Morton, the results are more even. In a group of 10 students, 5 said they like their classes, and 5 said they do not.
“I like my classes this semester, but I don’t like my English teacher,” said one Morton junior.
Now we heard from a student. Next, here is what a teacher thinks.
“A teacher who makes the work meaningful helps students stay interested,” said Mr. Frank Vosicky, a special education teacher.
