In a random survey of 104 Morton East High School students, 58 out of 104 students have gone to TSI this school year so far; however, 46 have said they have not gone to TSI this school year.
According to Google Overview AI, 60% of high schools offer computer-fixing classes. And, the problems with Chromebooks in high schools include hardware issues like short lifespans and high repair costs, over-reliance on an internet connection, and significant distractions that hinder focus and social-emotional development.
“Students get charged a yearly tech fee of $90 that takes care of any problems they might have throughout the year,” said TSI tech Isaiah Carrera.
Many students get their money’s worth.
“Students only pay a yearly fee at the beginning that covers everything,” said senior Brandon Vergara.
And, TSI gets a lot of customers.
“I go to TSI for tech help at least 3 times a month,” said junior Isaac Leon.
So does this student.
“I go to TSI for password and Wi-Fi problems,” said sophomore Christian Baylon.
But, the lucky ones are the students who haven’t had the need to visit TSI.
“I don’t have any tech issues so far,” said sophomore Brian Mendoza.

I think that TSI is very helpful for most students since some of them have been finding problems with their computers. So I think that this article can help attract more costumers since they are seeing how helpful TSI has been this year.

I like the article and the quotes because it talks about computers and is showing me a little bit of it, but why is the guy fixing the computer not showing his face? Why not use someone who will?

I liked how you did the article but i feel like it needed more information from TSI that fixes Chromebook and see how many students went to TSI per day or this year.

The author did an excellent job of using a mix of local survey data, national statistics, and direct quotes. This approach effectively personalizes an otherwise dry, data-driven topic, creating a balanced and informative piece that resonates with the student audience. The seamless transition from hard numbers to individual student experiences made the article engaging and relatable.

I liked the article and the quotes and information but you could’ve gotten longer quotes or more specific quotes.
