On November 18, 2016 the J.S Morton East High School had an assembly to thank the Veterans that have served and continue to serve our Country. Principal Jose Gamboa is shown in the picture next to the Veterans, Ron Konopasek and Isais Ahumha, who participated with motorcycles. Along with the two motorcyclists, the Veteran’s Day assembly featured five others, including two who served in the marines, and three who served in the army.
