Students at East will be dressing their pets this Halloween survey says.
According to a National Survey provided by NewsWeek, 76 Percent of adult American pet owners said that they will be dressing up their pets for Halloween, and 30% out of 76% will dress up their pet for more than one holiday. According to ChatGPT people will dress up their pets to include them, this is often because people would consider them part of the family. Owners also say that it increases the bond between them and their pets. Others do it for fun and festivity, saying that it adds overall enjoyment to the holiday. In a survey of 91 Morton students, 17.6% percent of students said they will be dressing up their pet.
Some students have an unfortunate story about trying to celebrate Halloween with their pets.
“I have a dog that I took on Halloween, but He ran away last year so we don’t plan on taking him out this year and he doesn’t like clothing, so we don’t put any on him,” senior Jordan Bateast said.
Other students have a much more friendly encounter during Halloween.
“One time (my dog) found another dog during Halloween, and they were playing around together,” senior Diego Mugica said.
Of course, you know what they say – the more dogs the merrier.
“I have 4 dogs and we always dress them up even though they don’t like it they shake the hats off but we still put it on them,” senior Arissa Garcia said.

“I have 4 dogs and we always dress them up even though they don’t like it they shake the hats off but we still put it on them,” . I strongly agree with this comment because my dog always shake his hat off as well but we always dress him up because I love seeing him in his little costume.
