Erick Arroyo
Erick Arroyo is a waiter at an Italian Restaurant.
He is proud of the authentic Italian food. And, while most customers are pleased, somethimes Erick Arroyo has served rude customers (often referred to as Karens), at the small business.
Erick happens to be a good worker, and controls these types of situations carefully and considerately. He cares about his customers at work.
"Ultimately, it's good for me (because I get tipped more), good for their valued customers and good for business!" he said.
"Karens" and rude customers aren't what the restaurant is all about though.
"It's about the food! The restaurant serves all of Chicago's top 10 favorites: beef sandwiches, spaghetti with meatballs, allfredo pasta, salads, and more," Erick said.
Erick takes the role as a server seroiusly. He makes sure you are well taken care of.
