In a random survey of 10 Morton East students, 50% said they play basketball, and 60% said they don't play basketball.
"Basketball doesn't give you problems; you bounce it, and it goes back up," Senior Alan Olmos once said.
For Alan, basketball never gave him any issues but made him want to become better.
"Basketball takes a lot of time and effort to get better; it doesn't just happen overnight," Angel Rodriguez said.
