Although 2021 was not the best year for gaming the games that did come out hit it out the park with how fun they were to be and as well as having a game for everyone.

“Halo Infinite” is the best game of 2021, survey says. In a random survey of 50 Morton East students, “Halo Infinite” was selected as their favorite game of 2021

“Halo Infinite” is a multiplayer FPS (First Person shooter) released on December 8, 2021. The game although released in late 2021 still was welcomed with open arms as it revived interest in the “Halo” game series. The game also was a breath of fresh air in the FPS genre as 2021 had “Call Of Duty Vanguard” which was considered bland, and “Battlefield 2042” which is barely playable due to poor optimization on the PC and a lack of content.

Five games were used in this survey and “Forza Horizon 5” came in 2nd, “Resident Evil village” in 3rd, “Metroid Dread” in 4th, and in last place was “It Takes Two”.
