Public pandemic lockdown didn’t mean much to these Miami residents.
Crowds filled Ocean Road in Miami beach before lockdown hour at 10 pm. Ocean Road was completely locked from every street connected to it; people made it impossible to drive through.
After 10 pm in Miami Beach when lockdown hour was already implemented; people still kept roaming the streets while cops blocked off the beach entrances.
The Miami Police Department made over 50 arrests the night of March 20 for neglect of curfew; the streets became a ghost town after 12 pm.
