Morton East’s Otaku Club treated themselves to a recent field trip to Galloping Ghost Arcade.

Located at 9415 Ogden Avenue in Brookfield, Galloping Ghost Arcade claims to provide “a video gaming experience like no other.”  According to their website, they are the largest video arcade in America with over 885 games “up and running all the time.”  One unique feature of the arcade is that all the games are set to FREE PLAY — no quarters or tokens. Customers pay a $25 fee at the door, and they then have access to play any and all games as much as they want. (The arcade is open until 2 am!)   Interestingly, more than 600 World Records are set at Galloping Guost Arcade.

Otaku Club had a great gaming experience at Galloping Ghost Arcade.

“It has rooms and rooms and even more rooms of arcade games you’ve never seen or heard about before. It has everything –YES, EVERYTHING!” said Otaku Club advisor and game enthusiast Mr. Nate Moore.

The club played for hours — but went home well before 2 am.

“We had a blast hanging out and playing games, and will definitely be going back next year!” said club advisor Mr. Nate Moore.
