According to Google, students want to work this summer; they are motivated by the money. Whether it’s in construction or at McDonald’s, students want the green to pay for their own things. In a random survey of 10 Morton East students, 6 (or 80%) said that they worked this summer; the other 4(or40%) said that they didn’t work this summer.
“Oh yeah I earned $7,000 this summer; it was worth it,” senior Angel Rodriguez said.
Another student worked over summer.
“Trabaje dos días a la semana y gane 4,000 este verano,” senior Alan Olmos said.
