Library aids determined to have a Thanksgiving celebration

On November 21, 2016, library student aids Hailey Cordova, Nathan Torres, and Carlos Velasco were told that the library was not going to have a “last minute” Thanksgiving celebration party this year — unless the students wanted to organize it and pay for it themselves.  Determined to keep the tradition of the annual Thanksgiving party the students took it upon themselves to plan and put together the money in order to have a wonderful celebration.  (According to the library, this would be the “first annual Thanksgiving celebration in the library.)
