HIre 360 partners with MEHS

Antonio Guerrero and Jason Salas

Hire 360 has partnered with Morton East High School to help students who are interested in trades.

Hire 360 helps you train for trades such as auto mechanics, boilermakers, bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, heat and frost insulators, iron workers, laborers, operating engineers, painters, pipefitters, plumbers, roofers, sheet metal workers and sprinkler fitters. Hire 360 has many options; they will train you for your trade and help you apply to get the trade you want. You can start in orientations to learn about apprenticeship prep offerings, classes and training, and they will help you set a plan for your future career.

“Hire360 is excellent because college is not for every teen and trades are a great way to make money for handy people,” resource teacher Mr. Anthony Asay said.

This is a good example because there are many kids who are not good in school and trades are a good opportunity.

“Hire 360 basically sets you up with everything to be in a trade.  Hire 360 will give you the train and connections you need,” college and career center director Mr. Ryan Smith said.

Hire 360 is a great resource for students who want to establish themselves in specific trades, but don’t know anyone in the business.

“Hire 360 is good because I wanted to get in to trades, but didn’t know how to start,” senior Jason Salas said.

Hire 360 is a great opportunities for kids who don’t want to go to college; handy trades offer great money.
