The community has a strong Latino population and Cicero celebrates a strong Mexican culture and many other Hispanic cultures, these illustrations show various types of the Latino community and their restaurants. The pictures also show how Cicero runs on the Latino community and their hard work. Also their contributions to their community and how Cicero is made up of many little businesses ruined by the Hispanic community.
