Lil Durk was chosen as the best rap artist of 2020

Lil Durk is the best rap artist of 2021 survey says. In a random survey of 50 Morton East students, 45% selected Lil Durk as their favorite rap artist of 2021.

Durk Derrick Banks commonly known as Lil Durk Is a well know rapper and founder of the record label OTF. Majority of his following accumulated when he released his album “signed to the streets” in 2013 and in turn was offered a record deal with Def jam recordings. His first song to reach the billboard hot 100 was “viral moment” off his album “just cause yall waited 2”.

Next up were NBA Young boy and Chief Keef tied in a percentage of 22% of students’ favorite artist. Last in place was G Herbo which was 11% of students’ favorite artist.
