Samuel Gonzalez, Martin Munoz, and Cesar Villa

On November 18, 2016 Morton East High School had an assembly to honor all veterans that have and continue to serve our country. Five representatives that came in honor of those who have and continue to fight for our country. Two of them serve the Marine's and 3 that have and continue the army.
Five representatives of the US military were honored at the Veteran’s Day assembly on November 18.  Two of them serve in the Marines and 3 (2 veterans and I current enlisted) represented the US Army.  Morton East students and teachers created a video explaining what Veteran’s Day meant to them.   The Morton East band also played the patriotic theme song for each branch of the military — U.S. Air Force, U.S Army, U.S Coast Guard, U.S Marine Corps, and U.S Navy. Morton East students honor them with a moment a silence to remember all those losses at war, for all veterans, and  for all who’s still serving our country.
