Morton East students would rather buy the Xbox Series X than the PS5

According to Techradar, “PS5 vs Xbox Series X: Which console should you pick” By Gerald Lynch, Henry St Leger, Vic Hood, and Adam Vjestica. These people discuss the two consoles and the things they must factory in to compare such new consoles fairly. Both consoles have their pros and cons, such as design, speed, etc. Although the PS5 is a great console, Xbox has increased its power in the Xbox Series X tremendously by up to 4x as much as its previous console being the Xbox One X. Now taking a look at the PS5; The PS5 can load up to 5.5gb of data per second making downloads and waiting time far much less. Unlike the Xbox that can only load 2.4gb of data per second. In a random survey I conducted with 50 Morton East students, 29 students chose the Xbox Series X making the remaining 21 students chose PS5.

“I personally would pick the PS5 because i grew up playing all their consoles so it would be hard to change to Xbox,” senior Alondra Bustos said.

After hearing this students opinion, i went to go ask someone else to see their point of view.

“I would have to pick PS5 because I don’t like the fact that Xbox uses batteries for the controllers,” senior Aldo Galvez stated.

Lastly, the two students i asked choose the PS5 but i wanted someone who was an Xbox fan and why they chose it

“Xbox because the motherboard processor is going to be good and out of 120 FPS; it’s going to be more stable than PS5,” Jr. Damian Maldonado said.
