This year’s Morton East media center/library Christmas tree is up and shining.

The tree was presented and plugged in on December 2 — as it is every year.  This year, it was decorated by the library student aids.  Students entering and exiting the library will see it “in all its glory” on the checkout desk.  The tree has become quite a tradition at Morton East.

“The tree has been up for more than 20 years,” library secretary Ms. Jenicek said.
