Students at Morton East have apparently started changing their daily routine on their phones.
Out of 17 in a class, only 6 have decided to change their phone routines for 2025, leaving many apps behind. This shows that many have decided to change to different apps and use less time on some apps.
Here’s what people had to say when talking about how long they’ve been using their devices-
“I mostly spend my time on YouTube and switch between that and my Music app,” said sophomore Andres Ross.
“I use my phone at home the most,” said junior Isaac Alanis.
“Before like this year, I used to use YouTube and Discord, but now I use Instagram and TikTok,” said senior Angela Lopez.
“(I use apps) early in the morning before and after work,” said security guard Luis.
“Lo uso cuando yo estoy en la cocina,” said Aurora Gonzalez, a parent of a Morton East student.
As you can see, many people use their phones a lot these days as they change up a few things to continue with their new routines.
