I think it is great for Morton to also add Girls Rugby to their sports list, because many students who join sports in high school can definitely benefit from it and learn some life skills that are useful in the future. It is also nice for the girls to get rugby for themselves because I know it can seem unfair to have a rugby team for the boy when girls can surely play as well.
I thought that when they offered it last year that it was such a great thing! For now it has been given to all students the opportunity to be able to join a sport in which may structure them with lessons. For may at the beginning thought that girls wouldn’t want to play a sport like Rugby due to how it involved tackling and getting physical with one another. Which ended up proving them wrong…So keep going strong Morton Girls Rugby!
