The Morton East engineering team took 2^nd place in state at Saturdays Illinois design educators association annual design competition held at Illinois state university.

Morton’s engineering team was comprised of Junior Adrian Comas: 3^rd year engineering (a quiet leader), Junior Marlene Urbna: 1^st year engineering (fiercely competitive), and Sophomore Samantha Rangel: 1^st year engineering (a quick learner enthusiastic about everything).
