Looking for a way to put yourself into the Christmas spirit?  Take a trip to see Cicero’s most decorated house at 1500 South 61st Ave. 

In a random survey of 110 Morton East students, 40 said they have gone and seen the house and 66 said they haven’t. According to (townofcicero.com), the resident’s have gone all out for Christmas decorating. We went out and asked some fellow Morton East students and the community about how they felt about the house. 

‘’I wouldn’t decorate my house that way because it is way too many lights to put up, and my light bill would be expensive,’’ a Cicero resident mother named Maria Avalos said. 

Although some people think that decorating a house with so many lights is way too much work, some people like the fun of decorating.  

‘’I love the Christmas holiday especially when I get to see the community put up Christmas lights especially that my neighbors love being competitive. I love having a fellow adversary,’’ a Morton East student named Maria Del Carmen said.
