In a random survey of 100 students, 57% preferred curly hair over straight hair.

According to ScoopWhoop.com, hair follicles are forced through a tube which effect the shape of the hair. Asymmetrical follicles create curly hair. Abcnews.go.com states after an experiment, that their test subject was more approachable when styled in straight hair, rather than her natural curly hair.

Alejandra finally came to conclusion that her natural curly hair is more suitable than styling it straight.

“When I was younger, I just wanted it straight because my curly hair always got tangled. Now I think my natural hair is better because it already looks nice and it has volume,” Junior Alejandra Loera said.

Hair sometimes can show a lot about your personality.

“Besides the dress looking nice, I think that your hair and makeup should also look nice because it shows your personality,” Senior Jackie Duran said.

Jackie is also agrees that curly hair makes you look more impressive.

“My hair is naturally straight and curling it makes it more glamorous and voluminous,” Senior Jackie Castro said.
