Bears win again! They beat Detroit 34 to 22.

The first time you go to a Chicago Bears game at Soldier Field you’re overwhelmed by how loud and crazy things get.  That’s how it was for senior Jorge Gomez and his family when they attended the Chicago Bears versus Buffalo Bills game on November 11______________.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Bears scored 34 points and the Detroit Lions scored 22 points. The Chicago Bears still lead the NFC conference in first place in their division and now have a 6-3 record. Highlights of that game:  the Chicago Bears sacked Mathew Stafford 6 times in the game the fans were very impressed and shocked to see that happen against Detroit. Although all of the Chicago Bears defense and offense did an amazing job against Sunday’s game, quarterback Michael Trubisky was named the player of the week for an outstanding job one’s again against Detroit Lions. People in Soldier field were very excited to still see the Chicago Bears still moving along with their 3rd win streak.

“I had a really nice time at the game I enjoyed every single minute of it but although it was really cold and fans were really crazy out in the stands I really enjoyed the team spirit,” Cicero resident and mother Jackie Gomez said.

But, cold weather didn’t stop anyone from seeing a great game.

“The best part of the game was when Khalil Mack sacked Mathew Stafford twice in the beginning of the first quarter and also I liked when Allen Robinson caught a huge 26 yard touchdown pass from Michael Trubisky.” Senior Jorge Gomez said.

The Chicago Bears did not want to lose their first place winning streak in the NFC North Division.  Fans had a great time that day.

“The food was very good. I went with my mom and my brother it was a great game to experience that day,” senior Crystal Salgado said.
